phat servers and their support
 

i emailed them asking to transfer a 1 gig file from my dedicated box to their server they replied within 5 mins.

i have never recieved a response time like that from any host i have been with, gave them exact intructions what to do, they obviously have a knowledgable tech team. most other hosts wouldnt have an idea on what i emailed and needed to be done.

past hosts i have had support was lacking :)

I have had my ad servers at phat for almost 3 years. All I can say is I can sleep well at night and if I too need anything I get a response within minutes. :thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup

Maybe so but the thing with Phatservers is they CONSISTANTLY reply within minutes. Been with them for years and will be for many more! :thumbsup

I have used what is considered the best and no I didn't always get responses within 5 minutes...however with Phatservers I don't care what time of day it is you get an immediate response 99.9% of the time..even here recently when I downgraded a server they still treat me like I'm one of their top clients.

I just added another server with them again yesterday...and right in the middle of them working on that I needed a them to point the DNS to an old domain just so I could get the email off of it.

I email them and almost immediately I get a response. I mean it was so quick I thought they were emailing me to let me know my new server was ready...nope they had already completed the request.

Also I like the crew there..and I mean personally. If you haven't had the chance to meet Moose or Sly in person and hang with them you're missing out.

As I told Sly yesterday Moose is my best friend, he just doesn't know it yet.

still have them, i just signedup with phatservers for for a virtual package for a mainstream project.

i am just saying my last host i was with i wont mention had horrible support. and i stuck by them just cause they paid for my sig.

I concur, I have servers with Phatservers and have always had great support. Highly recommended.
