Why Does Stevie Wonder Sit Courtside?
Couldn't they put him in the nosebleed section?
|
I agree. The could give him a transistor radio and the knee grow wouldn't know the fuckin difference :2 cents:
Oh yeah, and pocket the grand for the seats and buy a 25 cent battery at the dolla stoooh! |
He's got a new album out or coming out. It's all about the exposure.
You're talking about him :winkwink: |

So that he can faster hear the ball go in.
|

It's all about the atmosphere..blind people have that 6th sense
|
I knew someone was going to bring this up... :disgust
...being that close you can feel the game from the sounds and emotions... |
Blind people have very acute hearing.

He sits courtside because he can.

Actually Stevie played the national anthem prior to the start of the game. I really like Stevie Wonder, however the rendition was bad. Stevie played harmonica and then there was a string section (cello, violin, etc), in the background.
Stevie and the musicians got out of sync several times, and the harmonica up against the strings was like fingernails on a chalkboard a few times. It would have been much better if Stevie just played solo. ADG Webmaster |
