MSNBC had it first, then Yahoo picked it up a minute or two later, Fox news added it about 10 minutes after that and CNN still doesnt' have it. (atleast in their online versions)

I felt the shake but I thought it was an aftershock.

Ja, it's on the news now on KCAL 9. No indication of a tsunami yet and the warnings are in place and the northern pacific coast warning has been rescinded.

ROFL! I expect any minute some guy will get on the news and associate the recent quakes with some sorcery or something.

Maybe some guy will get on tv wearing a robe and call himself Reverand Earthquake or some such nonsense.

Downgraded to 7.0 and then Santa Rosa had a 3.9 in the Geysers that they suspect was triggered by the 7.0

There was a small tsunami observed in the San Francisco area. Nothing major at all.

No tsunami danger exists. :)

whew... that was actually kinda freaky... the Emergency Broadcast System went into a bit more detail than our normal run of the mill EBS announcements... channel 9 here in LA is on it, though and things are lloking better already : )
