It was off the coast not in the state. TSUNAMI!!!!!!

tsunamis dont happen off the coast off california except for rarities like in 1908 because of the sea level.. they said people right on the coast of california barely felt it.. talking to a friend who lives in Grass Valley, CA right now.

Actually a tsnuami hit the west coast of the US in the 1950's

What happens is the delta rivers would over flow, levees would break and alot of the cities and Farmland in the valley would be flooded.

Major Delema for farmers and the Food supply for the World...

Come to think of it! Last summer in Tracy, Ca the Levee broke and flooded the nearby farms.

I wonder if this is only the start of bigger ones?

I'm on vacation 50 minutes north of LA now... no action.
