Jackson's attorney Thomas Mesereau

...was just interviewed for one hour by Larry King.

He made a few statements that caught my attention...and I am not quoting him but providing the gist of what he said.

1 He said...that with what he knew about the past instances where Jackson financially settled with past accusers...was a mistake...because it just made a bigger and bigger target for the money hungry and he could have won those cases in court.

2 He thought that the prosecution committed a malicious prosecution and can be sued although he has not discussed that with Jackson and has not thought through the merits of filing a law suit.

3 He said that Jackson does not sleep with children and that it is a figment of the prosecution and media. He said that Jackson's bedroom is hugh and consists of two floors and that kids...and sometimes the parents of the kids have spent the night in his bedroom...but not in bed with Jackson. I personally have seen Jackson interviewed and he stated that he does not sleep in the same bed with children but will allow children to sleep in his bed while he sleeps on the floor...but additionally said that there is not anything wrong with sleeping with children if one chose to.

4 Mesereau stated after taking the case and studying it...he was confident of a clean sweep of not guilty...and was never concerned.

You think the GFY-ers can muster any good arguments, after being fatigued by yesterday's discussions? :)

It's not really arguments ... more like personal opinions ... stuckups will say he did it, open minded people will say he probably didn't .

Olbermann: Well let me see if I can pin you down now on just that part of the question. Do you think there was fraud in Ohio?

Jackson: Well I think so. But we will only know if there is a thorough investigation. There are some huge number gaps here. Why is it that 28 days after the election it has not yet been certified? That's a long time to wait.

Olbermann: Reverend Jesse Jackson, Founder and President of the Rainbow Push Coalition, twice candidate for the Democratic nomination for President. Thanks for your time tonight sir. We appreciate it.

Jackson: Thank you sir.

ahh yeah.. you mean Michael? sorry 'bout that...ooops

Expressin one's personal opinion, as different from someone else's, usually is an argument.

He went to UC Hastings for law school. Great school for litigators.

You may want to do further research on him before 'highly suspect'ing his litigation skills. :thumbsup

Tom Sneddon needs to get a life and give up chasing Jackson!

It was soooo obvious that MJ was innocent (from following the case).
