That is just a camera that caught her bad. I saw about 20 different pics of her in that outfit going to the MTV awards and she looked fucking hot.

Every girl who has ever been in front of a camera, no matter how hot she is, has had the camera snap a bad image making her look like shit when she didn't look like shit. I have had it happen, I have seen it 100 times with 100 different hotties. It happens. :thumbsup
