Songs on porn movie trailers..Is this legal?

Suppose a paysite has a trailer movie with cliff richard music... Is this legal, or can Cliff sue him for that ?

Not legal unless they have paid for the right to use it and have been granted that right, which is very unlikely.

Where did you get the music?

Unless the owner says "you are free to use this music in other productions" then you must pay a license fee.
