I'm still waiting for sound scientific proof that HIV causes AIDS.
I predicted in 1987 that the millions of dead expected would never arise because I belived then and now that HIV is a harmless virus and it was the medical tretment with AZT that caused the HIV positives to die.

You do realize that most people with AIDS never get treatment. AZT wasn't being used until 1985 so what killed AIDS victims before then?

I can't wait till they make hivtests as available as condoms. The technology is here to know within 10 minutes or so, but people have to get tested at the local shop.
How many people are infected but have no idea because they don't want to be tested in a public fashion?

What that chart actually shows is that 32% of whites were actually poor enough to go to public health care where their HIV would be reported.

If I had HIV my doctor would not report it and neither woud yours.
Think about it: If you knew you would get on a "black list" of AIDS carriers and lose a job or insurance by going to see a particular Doctor; would you go to him/her? You doctor already thought about it.

Could be 5-10 million in a year from now... :(

Unfortunately, because they left out one important demographic, hetero individuals who have sex and do inject drugs from the chart, the information contained in it is pretty worthless :2 cents:

You also more than half as likely to catch hiv from straight sex than you are gay sex too.

Yeah and before 1985 there were only 10-15 deaths in America related to HIV. And these people actually died from cancers and pneumonia that were "linked" to HIV when infact the cancers(Karposi Sarcoma) was casued by Amyl Nitrate(poppers) and the lowered immune response was caused by "loading" and thus the easy to get lethal pnuemonia.
Loading is when people took handfulls of anti-biotics before unprotected sex so they would prevent common STDs like gonorrea. Loading destroyed their immune system.

They died at the same fucking rate after AIDS as they did before AIDS and they just got lumped into the HIV panic.

Eh, AID's isn't a big deal compared to other things like cancer. AID's can be prevented by simple precautions, and if you have it, it is more than likely your fault. :2 cents:

That happens RARELY now. I believed he's said MORE THAN LIKELY, not 100%certainty.

Fact is if people would wear rubbers( or not fuck anonymous strangers at all ) and wouldn't shoot up drugs there would be hardly any HIV/AIDS in the US.

Yup... in most cases people bring it apon themselves. If you get it, the only one you can blame is yourself unless it's something extremely rare like a tainted blood transfusion, but that is all screened these days.
