Need Opions from you guys.
 

Ive written a big program (about 15,000 lines of code - big for me anyways) that generates websites in a very unique way.

It also interlinks pages which are of similar topic aswell.

It can handle millions if not billions of webpages and can be used for any keyphrases at all to generate sites (adult or mainstream or whatever).

Im at the point where im thinking of selling it as a stand alone product for webmasters who want to churn out pages.

It uses templates which webmasters create, and then randomizes the HTML even so that every single page is totally different from the last.

Ive no idea if theres a real market for it at all - im not spamming here as I dont even know how to set up credit card payments on a site!!!

Question is - is it worth trying to carry on making it a sellable product on a site.

I'd really appreciate help/advice from webmasters
like - is it worth shit? or maybe 100$ a pop or shall I just give up and carryon using it myself.

Its getting some good ranks on Y and G already - but im waiting for more crawls on sheer bulk.

If you have an edge over the competition, keep it and use that software for yourself. Sure, you may make nice coin off of selling the software, but at the same time it will completely fuck up your rankings and it could most likely alert SE's about the scheme. If they can detect the interlinked pages, anyone using this will find themselves off the chart, in a negative way. Keep it, you'll probably make more just by using it yourself. Not that I couldn't use such a piece of software, but that's honest advice you're getting here.

I'm a straight shooter. :) I'd love to get my hands on such a piece of software, I'll probably hire someone to code me one, eventually. I'd never sell something like that though.

Sounds like I should keep it for myself - allthough its powerful enough for its sites not to get spotted Im sure - as even the interdomain linking and internal linking it generates can vary infinately in how many or what structures it creates between domains.

Anyone any wild guesses as how it may sell though if I set up an affiliate program - sell it for say 300$ and give affiliates 80$ per sale?

Im a bit excited as I think selling it would only harm me if people using it are in the same business areas - and to be honest even then I'd be months ahead on content its already done for me.
