I want to know exactly what they are asking and what is going on.. Are we not allowed to have images at all??

Yes, you can have images... but you have to be able to verify the age of the models in the images AT THE TIME THE IMAGES OR OTHER PRODUCTION FORMATS are created. You have to keep detailed records that are subject to unannounced inspections during your normal business hours by investigators from the Department of Justice. If you are a producer of content you must keep a record containing unique identification of the production along with the URL(s) the production is listed on.

All of this has to be implemented by June 23, 2005.

every image? what if i promote a sponsor and i grab images of there video.. Can i post that up?
