so every mom and pop liqueur store that sells magazines or videos would have to be in compliance with the 2257's. . . . every flea bag hotel from the Hiat Regency to the motel-no-tell will need copies of all the model Id's as well for the 'pay on demand video feeds' . . . hey! maybe those fucking pricks at Acacia Technologies better come up with some 2257's too :) they claim they own the pay on demand feeds, right?

what makes some poor slob with a TGP any more of a secondary producer than the 'sheik' selling skin mags at the nearest 7-11?

seems like ya have to know not only what 'site' these skin pickle artist are at, but every damn magazine and video they're in as well.

the reason those things are exempt is because with a website you can alter and change the appearance and how you present the content. with magazines they are simply selling them and have no control over the presentation, content, or anything else besides putting them on a rack.
