Wow tough call........ I just love Casino. Ive watched it like fuckin 50 times. Its just got a great epic feel and atmosphere about it. The soundtrack is superb too. Mind you, same goes for Goodfellas.
I dont think I could choose one in favour of the other. |

i think im the only person on earth who hasnt seen "Casino" yet, and i just recently (2 weeks ago) saw Goodfellas on hbo and i LOVED it. so obviously i'm gonna say Goodfellas.

DeNiro's character in Casino wasn't nearly as likable (or watchable) as Ray Liotta in 'Fellas. Far more memorable scenes/quotes and a faster moving story. Still, Casino was great too. |

goodfellas and it's really not close. casino was a fantastic idea executed poorly. it's scorcese so it was still better than most of the crap out there but it was one of his shittier efforts. it always amazes me when pesci gets lauded for his performance. a subpar effort for him imo. goodfellas is one of the best movies of the past 20 years.
