Those "art" sites featuring underage models get away with it because just "posing" nude is considered "art" and is not subject to the same laws as sexually explicit stuff.

Even still, it would be nice to have some justification on this issue along with a word from someone who knows for sure whether or not there are underage models in the members section.

Your point about underage models is nonsense. Nude girls under 18 in a sexual or erotic context is against the law no matter what. Being "nude art" has nothing to do with anything.

You're taking it completely out of context. The "underage" girls you see in the pictures aren't naked, they're clothed "biography" pictures of the models when they were younger. Playboy does exactly the same thing.
