    3:20 am est 2257 quick fix

    ok how bout this.

    you trust sponsor x, sponsor x trusts you. you have had a long going relationship with sponsor x for some time, everything is going well.

    you buy a domain, point it 2 sponsor xs free host, and change all the whois to there info. they issue you ftp access to that domain, you put a fat link to 2257 at the bottom. use all the hardcore you want, sponsor x has all the paperwork on it all ready.

    ofcourse there are flaws, but its a quick fix right?

      I think technically that would work, until next year when they draft 2257 part 3 and continue to make things up as they go along.

                              you arent a producer, you are just being paid for your traffic and the sales your traffic makes to there site.

                              the site is 100% sponsor xs. ofcourse, you have ftp access 2 it, but its still theres, and all the content you use on this site is theres as well.

                                              I don't know about any other sponsors but I'm not going to risk 5 years in jail for what you may or may not upload to my server.

                                              Also, even though I would have the docs for all the models used (theoretically) who's going to do all the cross referencing by all the urls the depictions are located on? Make copies of all the depictions?

                                              I don't care how many sales you can send me, it's not worth 5 years in jail.

                                                  thats one of the flaws ofcourse, unscruplous charters. and again, i said that you have had a long term relationship with sponsor x and they trust you.
