you should contact the hotels yourself and see who would give you the best Bulk deal...

because some hotels rates might be lower then anothers, but offer LESS of a bulk discount.... :)

On St-Denis street, Hotel Lord Berri has low rates and has " appartment suites" that can accomodate parties of 4 . Great Location.
