Anne Hatch told a judge that she kicked the window because she heard her sister yelling outside the car that her arm was going to be broken. When a prosecutor asked her how hard she kicked it, the 22-year-old replied: "I'm a soccer player; it was a good kick."

The sisters contend they never hit police and didn't try to use their father's position to get special treatment. Other testimony contradicts that.

I once played ball with a kid that got arrested while we were playing ball. It was hot out so he asked the cop to put up the window and when he did he kicked the window out. The cop looked so mad. Stupid kid he was and he's still living with his mom last I heard lol

I had an ex-girlfriend that assaulted a police officer when he arrested her for being drunk in public. She actually spent a couple days in jail for that. Guess it pays to know the right people.
