how my sig was against the rules? LOL i read the little rules page and i dont get it. my sig was a banner linked to a webmaster affiliate program for credit cards. practically everyone on this site has a sig linking to a webmaster program so what the fuck was so bad about mine?

Basic Rules of GFY

2. Signature rules. Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of default size and color. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60. Yes there is a reason this is so big. Also putting your text in a cell and making it look like a button is against the rules. Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.

It was a full size banner and not just a 120x60 button with up to 3 lines of default text. If you wish to run a full size banner it must be from a company that is a top banner advertiser on GFY.

Yes many people have banners that break the rules. You just got caught, and I will prolly be next for telling you.

jesus christ. gimme a break, it was a normal horizontal sized banner with bold text under it. i dont think it was bothering anyone...wtf...

You must understand the mojo here. Technically on those who are top advertisers can get posters to use standard size banners. It is a perk of paying so damn much per month to advertise here.

So post the banner plus text above your sig line and let us tell you why. :)

Your sig is to big dude, unless its an advertiser here on gfy then your allowed a bigger one I believe

i have had it happened, and i dont know the reason either.
