affiliate program wanted
 

I am looking for something that I can use to get webmasters to promote a free site of mine.

Of course as the sites free, it would not be based on sales, probably hits.

The difficulty is that a simple pay per click could cost me huge and yet not get me quality hits, just junk. But even so this may be the best way.

Ideally it would be a affiliate program that surfers could make money from or get prizes from by promoting the site.

Any suggestions?

Why not just buy traffic, or advertising space on related sites.. ?
