Tho got several excellent hosts outside the US and almost in all cases, cheaper than US hosts. Hard to get a real average, but shit that was being charged at $500 for managed is now $290 for double the BW.

If ya can manage your own servers - eg 10Mbit line servers can be silly. (Tho.. still gotta watch the host - it's a balancing game!)
