    who's gonna be the first one of you program owners that will step up to the plate & say FUCK YOU to this government "crackdown". you guys think you're saving your own ass by saying, "it's the law.... we have to comply... blah blah blah... i feel bad" BULLSHIT. there are some spineless bitches in this business... everybody is quick to say, "yeah... give yer money to the FSC"... but some of you fuckers are SITTIN ON 100k cash or more & are scared to fuckin fight.

    this is why we will lose, this is why the christians will crush porn in america & we'll all be out of business. i posted this before and NONE of you have the fuckin balls to say, "yeah, i'm a fuckin coward & i'll do anything to keep the clinch on my purse & the keys to my mercedes even if it means losing some rights".... american lives in fear for nothing & so do you. yeah, this is a fuckin challenge to ALL YOU BIG COMPLYING PROGRAM OWNERS. tell us why, & do it now... post in this thread & tell us why you don't wanna fight.... or maybe you're too scared to post in this thread thinkin "the feds are watching"... fuckin ingrates

      If I had the money, I would fight it to the bitter end. I already took on the city of Cincinnati on some adult zoning bull shit... and I won. That was a VERY expensive case. I do OK but I don't have the kind of bread needed to take on the United States government.

      It's cheaper to relocate. lol

                                          u think i'm going to sit here & lose the GIRLS who actually help me generate revenue for some affiliates? lol.... you must not produce content or run paysites... or maybe u just don't realize which is more important in the long run. even if i was compelled by the law after many legal challenges to allow those who advertise my stuff to have the info, i'd only have established companies as affiliates so all the little guys i'm assuming you are talking about really mean nothing. i'm an affiliate of many programs but i certainly don't expect them to give me any of the sensitive info. if they can't, then i have to find another way to promote their sites... plain & simple.

Your point is valid but why go after affiliates makes no sense to me. What you are saying about models I 100% agree with man. I never said anything like that.

                                                          my point is, i'm not going to do that JUST TO KEEP AFFILIATES SENDING ME TRAFFIC. it isn't that crucial... maybe it is for some & maybe they don't know the women personally whom they are doing this to... maybe they don't care. The fact that now people can get this private info is horrible I agree. It does seem like there are not enough people trying to change this. Either way I like that you are standing up for what is right!

                                                                                                                                      i dont agree with the comment "fuck affiliates". alot of good people make there living off the paysites we run and that would put so many out of business let alot be a big revenue stream lost for all of us. its out job to workout what we can to keep the engine going, whatever legal restraints may be in our way. your right, alot of high profit businesses will stay out of the fight for one simple reason. ACCOUNTABILITY. one who is accountable and fighting is one step slower to scrutiny of the said law they are enforcing. i would support movements or associations who do the dirty work for you, legit ones, pay them if you can and fight if you can.

                                                                                                                                          but i do agree with you, after reading most of the post i do see your point. we must protect the privacy of the models. i refuse to be a man who makes it easier for a stalker or a criminal with intentions of indentity thieft to use people who trusted me for purposes like that. the law needs to stop playing games and set a proper standard for us that isnt contradicted by freedom, rights and other laws in place.

                                                                                                                                              exactly... my issue is with webmaster programs who are taking that so lightly. many of them don't have to worry about it because they are only allowing softcore pic use for promotion & i applaud that. they'd rather give up advertising hardcore than to give up their models' info

                                                                                                                                              but for those who feel they have no choice BUT to advertise hardcore... then stand up & fight for your rights. its wrong, & if u COMPLY then that's saying its "ok".
