Unless you have a signed model release and a copy of two forms of her ID you can't sell these photos. Period.

That makes it not legally purchasable, nor usable.

You need to get a primary ID (ie: Driver's license or passport) and a secondary ID (ie: student ID card, credit card, social security card, etc).
