What's the best blogging software?

I'm looking to start a personal blog. what's the best software to use for it?
I know nothing about blogs.

I only heard of Blogger.com

I installed wordpress on 5 blog domains of mine. Then all the 2257 shit hit the fan. Haven't had a chance to use it yet.
