2257 Violation: What are the consequences?
 

I was reading the legal information but I don't see what the consequences are for violating the law. Does anybody know where it can be found? Do they make you cease operations, or do they fine you, or is there possible jail time? I'm looking for the factual linformation, not assumptions.

When writing up a 2257 page for your site, now you must include yourself as a Custodian of Records? Should you be including yourself + the primary owner of the images, or just yourself now?

I didn't see any mention of a fine when I read the law. Only the jail time.

I really dont think anyone will go to jail for a bookkeeping error if all your models are over legal age. Its a waste of time to take people to court for bookkeeping errors with that being said. You should still try to be as complaint as possible. Also if they do show up be nice and respectful that goes futher than you think .
