I'm at a loss to imagine how to make money from any of those domains.

The best way to make money from those domains, for example:

Use the "PimpMyRide.com" domain to set up a page promoting auditions for the show. Say Xibit has quit the job so youre taking over in the "new series" of pimp my ride. You can do all the "laughing at every fucking stupid thing" that xibit does with no problem.

You can then visit the contestants house. Look at their shit car, laugh about it (like Xibit does) and then drive it away (like he does). Of course, you could then sell that piece of shit car to a dealer for like $200 - $600 or so. Keep doing that and youll be a millionaire in no time.

Whatever you expect - fact is that MTV has some of the most commercially viable, diverting and well-designed programs in the tv world. Does anyone disagree? Look again.

You may think mtv targets kids or uneducated youngsters - the opposite is true these days. In the past years, mtv has made a shift from broadcasting video clips to making programs in an 'easy watching' format. They may not all be of high intellectual standards, but thinking that watching a soccer game is more fun than watching "wanna come in" only proves you haven't tuned in to mtv for years.

true, only MTV show I remember watching maybe 3 times a few years ago was "dismissed"

I hardly watch television, but if I do, I do it for diversion. Mtv serves well.

Boiling Points, PimpMyRide and Punk'd are the best shows on tv

MTV is like TCG and ND: a strong vision on the reality niche, applied in clear and brandable formats.
