if the FSC files an appeal, how long does it take before...

a judge looks at it and makes his decision to grant the injunction ot not?
Is it fast like a few days, or could it take weeks or months?

I suspect months...or longer...but I may be wrong. In addition an injuction will only involve certain aspects of 2257.
