DutchTeenCash 2257 Announcement June 10th 2005

Dear DutchTeenCash Affiliates:

This is the official DutchTeenCash announcement regarding the new US 2257 law.

DutchTeenCash policy is to use nonnude and softcore content only. The members area?s as well as the provided DTC affiliate content is, was and will stay 100% nonnude and softcore only.

Since our affiliate content will remain nonnude and softcore only, we will not be releasing any model IDs. We respect the privacy and safety of our models. Records required to be maintained pursuant to U.S.C. Title 18, Section 2257 are kept by the custodian of records and also in an online database (available online June 16th 2005) containing model IDs and releases. Login details will be provided upon request from THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE UNITED STATES, OR HIS DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE, OR AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY OPERATION OF LAW.

Another no ID's. I wonder what the percentage is now.

pretty easy to see why people are doing that, although for us softcore or nonnude sponsors its very easy for us to take that stance. pure hardcore people whose teasing tour pics include gagging on big meat shots will have a harder time taking that route :S.

Yeah, I think most sites in the softcore greyzone choose the safe way, so its hard to talk about percents, since it can't really be compared with HC sites that base all their promo on HC.
