Otherwise Im not sure what the point was? Has anything really changed or is it all just in a different place?

If it still converts like a dream then I dont really care to be honest... Im just a bit confused, did I miss some sort of major program change?

The main reason for the user interface change was to make the site more intuitive. For instance, we used to have a seperate link where you picked up banners & link tricks. ...now it's in the same place where you check stats. We also have a cascading viewer, too. ...not so overwhelming. :)
