Ya, well I'd rather wait and let them "think" they'll make money, and then get their affiliate account locked. Cause then if I see another Brothers In Cash a month after BIC said they "banned" this spammers account I will pursue legal action against BIC and hopefully the spammer.

I've sent off emails to brothersincash too , they don't seem to pay attention.

Brothers in cash is one of the more frequent ones but i get spam for all these programs on a regular basis so it's pretty obvious they accept traffic from spammers.

Well these "businesses" obviously dont know how to run one, or else they wouldnt allow spammers. So when the new 2257 rules come into place they'll all be out of business.

Well "let me break it down fur ya". When spammers are confronted by legal related persons they, the spammer(s), can say "They joined an opt-in list and the privacy statement said they will receive 3rd party emails, which they agreed to when they signed up", or they could say, in terms of their removal link, "I thought I removed them from the mailing list(s), let me remove them now". BUT NOW when the recipient of these emails collects all these spammer(s) campaign(s), in a few months a legal representative can go to that spammer and say, ok "where are all the 2257 documents for these galleries you "mailed"?". If the spammer says "I dont have them", then they face legal action, hopefully enough legal action where they wont be able to afford to spam again :)
