What range were they at? Even then, they shouldn't be taking shots they can't make. How irresponsible.

Just like soldiers, many cops don't shoot to kill.

Cops train & train, but when it comes down to it...they all just keep pulling the trigger until their clips drop.

Only teams like swat etc. have any discipline.
