I couldnt find it on this one, I think its 5 yrs and or a $10,000 fine. I dont think you will definately go to jail but you could be hit with a painful fine. If your Canada I highly doubt the DOJ will be knocking on your door.

Now lets say you caught in a non-related 2257 bust for making or possession of REAL child porn. What do you get for that? Is it less than the 5 years we could get for having our paperwork out of order? Anyone know?

The sad truth they are not going to find cp on a website of the legimate adult webmaster,I think they are going to use it on people they want to get for obscenity 2257 gets them in the door without a warrant. Don't believe anything you hear or see about 2257, it's just media hype
