Video download Question...need smart advise
 

I can download video and zip files from most sites with no problem but there is this one site where I cannot get the entire file to download.
Maybe 25% of the file will download and then it will stop.

I restart my computer and try again but it never works.


Is this because of a setting on my computer or is it something with the website?

try downloading through another browser







If that doesn't work I would take the computer back to Radio Shack and demand half your money back.

I did ask for smart advise didn't I?
