Hmm, well... if you're poor, it means you're not making money from sponsors..which in turns means that you're not making them money..
..now, why would someone just give out a psp (or anything) for nothing?
Tough luck, but making like 10 sales to a pps sponsor and buying a psp shouldn't be a too tough job.
