Anyone here used Elance before? How was it?
 

How are they? did they do a good job on your project?

Yeah, I've been dissapointed in the past but have found an excellent group that I do TONS of work with now. No need to visit elance anymore except to pay them.

Just takes a while to find a good team.

Its nice to try and save a few bucks to go w/ the lower bidders w/ no feedback or anything but save yourself some time and go with groups that have excellent feedback on lots of projects.

I learned the hardway, take my advice spend a few extra bucks for a solid group w/ a proven track record.

I'm not saying this because i'm competition...

I have 3 programming clients going right now. All 3 of which had bad experiences and then came to us
