DatingGold.com Stops Accepting Mail Traffic
 

FYI

We just wanted to let everyone publicly know that we no longer accept mail traffic unless it is 100% CAN-SPAM compliant AND you are well known to us.

Due to affiliates claiming to be compliant but they really weren't, we have really clamped down on any mail traffic.

At DatingGold.com we think long term, not short term and would never be involved in illegal activities that could jeopardize our affiliate's commissions or our companys future.

Thanks for supporting our decision.

Good move! That, and the fact that you are one of the only dating sponsors I know of that does not use adware/spyware over your affiliate/non-affiliate sites, puts you on top.

the liability of accepting mail for the last couple of years will be alive for the next couple of years. imho, good move but could be a little late. it takes a while for mail to catch up to you and even most compliant mailers are still violating many states' laws. i have not seen any significant ugly mail for your program so i doubt you have anything to worry about.
