I went for a run tonite with a coworker and son of a bitch am I out of shape. Oh well, it still felt great to really get out and do something.
This shall be a habbit. :)

no matter how much weight you lose you cannot change the fact that you were born with an ugly face. :2 cents:

If you are out of shape, be careful running. You can drop dead from that if you don't do a conditional gradual build up.

why would you run? there are more enjoyable ways to exercise, like biking. even falling down stairs would be more fun.

then i suggest your don't work out for a month then sprint as fast as you can up hill, brad :thumbsup
