Its very obvious you will not win.. if you escaped from death row.. sure.. but not for a felony like a stolen car or a simple robbery..

find a civic/prelude/integra/accord .. whatever

break open the steering column

there will be a white box on the left side of it with 2 screws holding a piece of plastic on it

unscrew the 2 screws and use a screwdriver to turn it... or anything.. even a household key...

then get in a high speed pursuit... but at the end you have to shout my URL while getting arrested so it gets some media attention
