If I'm bored though and stuck in the house all day, I'll take a laxative to liven things up a little.

Then it's a few more than two.

Try knitting, stamp collecting, read a book or play video games but for fuck's sake, find another hobby! :Graucho

7AM every morning regardless of what my diet has been. It's crazy... 7AM, like clock work, in fact you could set a clock by it. Drives me nuts... one of these days I'm going to change my clock alarm from waking me at 8AM :upsidedow

sometimes twice and sometimes as much as 7 or 8 times in a day but then I have some sort of serious problem.

the doctor says its IBS. my stool sometimes looks like chocolate mousse, its really thin and sometimes its ready to empty as soon as ive finished a meal. bad shit (fuckin literally!!!). plus if its acidic, as it often is, its painful as fucking hell.
