Would you be pissed off if this happened to you?
 

A fellow GFY member has prepared a 2257 product that clearly got it's roots from my system. Although it's not identical, it's very obvious to myself and others where the layout and concepts came from.

To add insult to injury, their 2257 declaration page from their paysites is ripped off from a page that I have prepared for others.....And they even left me on the page as a custodian of records even though I have no record of a licensing any content to them.



So....They have stolen 2 layouts from me and are trying to make money from one of them.

Your thoughts?

well I dunno probly would be pissed but shit like that happens all the time in adult internet so you can't really be too mad

If the person closest to you go killed, would you say "well, people get killed all the time so you can't really be too mad" ?

Constant theft is no reason to just excuse it and not care.

I'd be in a supermax if i got mad at everyone that ripped me off.

Warn them to take it down, take screenshost, bring it to the board if they don't remove it ... and if they only change it a bit

If it is as you say it is, I would suggest to just stay silent and document everything on CDs and printouts which you send in sealed envelopes to yourself and your lawyer. Don't rush any legal matters until you are certain that there is blood to drain, you may end up having to pay a lot of fees for no schwag.

By the way, as a precaution, take a trip to the scumbag's house and estates and photodocument any possessions (cars, boats) or indications of notable value. And try to dig up and document online assets such as notable domains, and sites.
