they're not going to go over 80's porn or MILFS/Mature sites (at least, not at first). although, im not a lawyer. this is just my opinion.

2257 isnt about the age of the talent at all.

If they want to go after you for obscenity they'll just go after you for obscenity.,....you're publishing the content to the web, that's all the proof they need for a warrant.

Then they have to prove to the jury that the material is obscene.....but 2257 has nothing to do with "getting in the door" for obscenity prosecutions.
