Marijuana and Federal Law
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn...060600795.html
SAN FRANCISCO -- The two plaintiffs in the medical marijuana case decided by the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday say they will defy the ruling and continue to smoke pot, even at the risk of arrest by federal authorities...... US Constitution - Amendment X The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people. Maybe I'm stupid? But this is a State or people issue. In support of my opinion: http://www.extremeink.com/susan/prohibit.htm There have been other threads, but I'm pissed. Someone send the Supreme Court a copy of the US Constitution. |
Oh, I'm not an attorney - this is not legal advice

Do you think they would pay any attention? The Attorney General ignored the Constitution when drafting the final 2257 regs.......They don't care. I wonder how long this country will allow for this sort of shit before the next revolution? History repeats itself...No country remains the same forever. |
