Looking for someone very knowledgeable on RAID disk systems

I would write your question in google , I bet there are a shit load of raid forums

I did... and google usually never fails me.... but I wasn't able to find an answer...

So I thought I'd do a lil' Networking with other GFY peepz at the same time :)

The only thing i know - setting up raid is huge pain in the ass. We did a 2-disk RAID-1 setup recently. It took 2h30m only to mark up the array. And it was only 2 drives... RAID-0 takes less time though.

I write it in the form of a question and I hit paydirt 90% of the time I would say.
