2257 has been a law for many years, just been revised to cover the web better.

Read thru it and see how in the end the girls were between 13-17, and he photographed them while he was naked himself, sometimes trying to use drugs to coerce them. The reporting in the beginning makes it sound like it was just a mere 2257 violation.

Actually I didn't look for the date. I read the title first and I wonder how they are compare CP-related crimes with 2257 which isn't yet in force.

Who wrote the article? It is a very misleading title. He wasn't fined for failure to produce documnents related to 2257.

Even if he had wanted to maintain nicely organized records he could not have because he is a PEDO and they are KIDS.
