Real Estate is way better. Also as in the post above, Gold is expected to jump.

The only problem with buying gold is if you can't keep it yourself, try getting it when a disaster happens. Making yourway over hill and dale to Kentucky or NY after a major disaster isn't gonna be fun.

You can't eat gold, it don't keep you warm and it don't cure shit. Only reason it's valuable is it's rare and HEAVY and in the old days you couldn't steal alot of it and run fast with it.
