The liquor store a few blocks from where I live will sell by the case if you can pay for it.

Is it supposed to be illegal to sell it like that?

If it's for a bar, fair enough. But otherwise, I'd recommend about 10 other rums before Bacardi

Here (Canada), you can buy from the liquor store. But I doubt by "white sands" you are referring to anywhere here

Any liquor store should sell by the case as long as they have it in stock and you have the cash for it.

just a heads up, most states have control on the prices of liquor, so no matter if you buy by the case or if a bar is buying by the case, everyone pays the same price...there is rarely "wholesale" liquor...the only reason that bars have to go through the "wholesalers" is to keep track of what is sold and bought

the best price you will find is the same best price that most bars get too...so, go down to your local liquor store and buy as many bottles that make a case...

dont know about the US but in the UK you can buy case's over the counter.

not sure about costco, but I go to Sam's Club and it is $1-3 cheaper by the bottle

tell tree to just ask at the liqour store ;]
