I have a mac and I use photoshop and final cut express.

maybe my quicktime sound was fucked up but if it wasnt that song on the track is annoying as hell, i lost my boner instantly!

fantastic ........... well not ......... but heh ......... I was a promo producer ( sort of elite video-editor ) for 8 years, if you use music try to edit on the beats and yep mpg would be better.

yeah mac all the way, for making mpegs and shit on a mac though you want to get cleaner by discreet, but i'm sure final cut does all of the formats too, i don't know about express though.

and i have to say, i really hate that you look 15, that video totally turned me off

You are a cutie, and goot work on the first one. Most of the people on here hate quick time, as it really sucks, and will fuck up your computer. I happen to have it, with no issues, becasue it came with a program that I got. But to down load it sucks. So google some of the things that you need to learn, and good luck.

actually it's your windows operating system that doesn't like quicktime. apple has no spyware with it, or any other things that cause trouble. it's MS and their efforts to hamper the best video player so that everyone will use a shitty piece like Windows Media.

This is a bit of a catch 22 for her too. If she was in the states she would be fucked. But being in canada she can chose not to fully comply. This is more or less a show of good faith on her part to at least provide a place where records can be found. If she was in the US she'd have to put her home address on there and be open to a slew of stalkers which she has had issues with in the past from what I am told.

Then again, if she wants to conduct business with US citizens it's in her best interest to fully comply.

This is why I think it's a good idea to rent an office and run things from the office. At least you have a little bit more security in that aspect. Nothing stops a stalker from following someone home after leaving the office though.

I wouldn't care one bit if everything was quicktime. Their codec is virtually flawless. It's pretty damn scalable as far as video output goes too. Even when full screening a 320x240 vid it still looks really good. I have never had issues with quicktime myself aside from the fact that it makes you install Itunes with it. Which is just as bad as MS trying to force you to install IE to run some of their other apps.

How would that be considered being a bitch? She may not be required under Canadian law to comply but failing to comply is her choice and that certainly does not make her a bitch.

My point is....A non-compliant declaration is the same as no declaration....OR in this case...A blatant non-compliant declaration is worse than not complying...IMHO. It's like saying...."Yeah, I know there is a law about this but I choose not to play by your rules."

All I'm saying is she could have said "fuck you all" and put nothing of the sorts at all. What place is it for you to run around telling people when they aren't compliant?

She's canadian. Doesn't matter right now. Also, under your same view of things on that, nobody should be sending traffic to your non compliant site as well, but they do. I see no custodian or records link anywhere on your site.
