What is a good web hosting company for you ?

My name is Danny Coulombe and I'm the owner of a web hosting company. I not here to promote my services, I'm just looking for some goods advices about web hosting services.

You, customers, what are you waiting of a web hosting company ? Uptime ? Support ? Best price ? Quality ? Hardware ? Software ? Anything else ?

Lots of transfer, with 100Mbit uplink.

webair.com is the best they offer everything i need and REAL 24/7 live support that installs scripts for me at 4am when i need them

the word "hope" in the name of a web hosting company is not what i would want to read :2 cents:

One of my biggest problems in finding a host is getting enough bandwidth at a good deal, and not being stuck on an 10 or 20mbit unmetered line. I need the 100mbit burst, but more transfer than most hosts allow. I have found that most places will charge you excessive prices if you try to add more transfer to a plan, when it would be cheaper to buy two identical servers to double your transfer.

i have a good deal on bandwidth.

we host people like suicidegirls, archive.org, alexa.com, sun microsystems, eff.org, apache.org

only paying 250$ for 20mbps dedicated. lets see someone offer that on here :)

Are they giving you a dedicated box with that, or are you colocating. And if it is dedicated, what are the specs on that box?
