it hasn't been that hard.. only when I drink. but I figure if I smoke when I drink big deal. Moderation will be the key.

naw hasnt been that hard. I got sick with a fever and didnt smoke so just decided to stop. I may still smoke when I drink though. Got to enjoy some things in life.

I quit smoking about a year ago, feel very good, but out of 5-6- pairs of jeans I can fit in only one. You stop smoking ----> you gain weight.

Are you wearing a patch? I know a guy who quit easy by wearing the patch. He thought it was working so well that he took the patch off early. No doubt he started smoking again not longer afterwards.
