Which AFF program tends to be the most profitable?
 

With all the publicity that Lars has brought into the past two days, I've decided to try AFF and see how AFF/FF can convert on nude and mainstream sites respectively. Given the cash that other people are making, its worth a shot.

To those of you using AFF, which payout method has been the most profitable for you? They currently offer:

• Option I - Per-Click Program
• Option II - Percentage Program (up to 75% + recurring + bonus)
• 3. Per Order Payout

Anyone have any input on this?

Excellent , if your going to send traffic for any long period of time then Percentage is best, in my opinion. Looking forward to doing biz with you !

Percentage is kinda what I had guessed, and hoped for, since I do like recurring checks even if my traffic for one month seriously sucks.


Now another question to everyone who has promoted friendfinder - I want to promote friendfinder on some mainstream sites. Do you think their per-free signup payouts would be better than the percentage payout? As tempting as FF's revshare is, I'm thinking my traffic will be quite prone to free signups, but might not covert that well to paid. Yeah, its probably traffic quality paranoia, but still.

Percentage program is the way to go... assuming you like crazy amounts of money. Which you do, right? :)

Yes, definately tap into that rev share. It pays so much more on the long term.

For the mainstream, I would highly suggest promoting Passion.com. It converts VERY well, and is PG-13 romantic (for a mainstream audience). We have the same payout for both sites. Hit me up on ICQ, and I'll give you the best converting links & tips.

Thanks for the recommendation of passion.com. I'm looking over the banners now, and it will definitely be ok for some of my mainstream sites. One of the things I have to consider is that some of the AFF banners would cause sites to be not safe for work, and AFF is specifically disallowed by some other sponsors if their ads are to be displayed there too.

It can be for some people. Especially people with smaller levels of traffic who want to make money each day, They will make almost the same and some will make more, but they will get it more regular if they are small.
