Whats a good trial to recurring ratio?

If a sponsor is pulling a 30-40% trial to recurring ratio, should i be pleased? What are your sponsors averaging?

I wouldn't be pleased, but that sounds about right.

30%-40% is pretty good, industry average is 20%, great is 50% range.
