i just want to allow other webmasters redesign some parts of my page, like backgroud or link colors

i know how to use one string tracking /?#FF0000

just put this <!--#echo var="QUERY_STRING"--> into my html page and it will be replaced by "#FF0000".

but what if i have several strings? /?a=1&b=2&c=3

what do i have to put into the page?
